Cursor Window Focus Issues

1. Problem:

In this video, you can observe as I try to click on various parts of the screen. On the right half of the Cursor window, clicking sends me to a window that is behind it. In the terminal, I am also having issues.

2. System: Ubuntu 24.04 LTS

3. How to reproduce:
   This issue happens randomly. I have not been able to define what causes it. However, the only fix is to restart my system. Closing Cursor and reopening a new window does not fix it.
