Hi,

Ive been using cursor and copilot++ for some time now on my older devices copilot was running fine and when I installed cursor in a newer device it shows that Copilot++ requires pro (custom model) even though I am using a pro subscription I tried disabling the feature through the settings and also tried reinstalling cursor still it shows the same message.

Device:
Macbookpro M3
Macos Sonoma14.6

Can you confirm that you see a Pro badge next to the "Account" header when you go to settings by hitting the gear in the top right?

Seems it is a Mac issue having arm processors.
I have Cursor on windows with the same account and copilot works fine also on Mac on x86 processors.

I have the exact same issue. I'm logged in and it clearly displays "pro", but I get the same message telling me Cursor Tab requires pro...

I'm also on an M3 Mac.
