Failure Statistics of specification is wrong when there are parse errors #897

Expected behavior
Statistics count should indicate failures only when there is a test failure

Actual behavior
Specification failure statistics are affected by parse errors in project

Observe the statistics

Working as expected. Parse errors are considered as spec failures.
