Routing not working with ~username type URLs

Using OS X 10.9.4 built-in Apache server
Grav installed in the ~/Sites/Grav directory
The default Grav index page loads at http://localhost/~username/grav/ , but any new pages, created in grav/user/pages/02.test, do not resolve and generate a "Not Found" error.

Thanks we have confirmed this, and found what appears to be a PHP bug with the $_SERVER['PHP_SELF'] variable. A workaround is now being developed.
