Make URL Taxonomy Filter Case Insensitive?

Hello I have searched Grav's forum but not found anything. Is it possible to make the taxonomy url filter case insensitive?

This would be very helpful for arbitrary use of taxonomy like tags. Because when I visit my site url, http://example.com/page/tag:Example Tag is not considered same like http://example.com/page/tag:example tag
