[Feature Request] Ability to collapse/expand group(s) individually or globally as a default

Description

The recently added feature "disableCollapse: true/false" enables or disables the collapse of services and bookmarks groups.
How about the default behavior?
Like, if it is collapsed or expanded as a default?
I personally would prefer my bookmark groups to be collapsed as a default and expand it as needed to minimize clutter on screen while keeping my services expanded to keep the services status visible all the time.

we can add new group individual setting like for example:
expandGroup: true/false

or global setting:
expandBookmarks: true/false
expandServices: true/false

Sorry, I don't really understand. Do you mean this already exists? I tried adding the "expandWidgets: true/false" option to the categories in the layout in settings, but it did nothing.

Not what I am suggesting.
Default behavior is what I am suggesting, not the ability to collapse/expand itself cause it's already implemented.

This feature request is closed. Not sure exactly why. I have been looking for the same features.
I have this functionality in similar dashboards like Dashy (iscollapsed - if true you will need to click to expand the section)

It appears closed as duplicate, but the issue referenced I don't believe addresses this.
