Description
Apart from the built-in Material Design and Simple Icons, most user supplied icons (e.g. local svg or svg from url) will be rendered black and this might bother some users, as they might want to change their color.
I believe that users should be able to customize any arbitrary SVG in a similar way to how the built-in icons are used (
mdi-XX-#00aaff
). Examples would be:icon: /images/app.svg#123456
icon: https://example.com/example.svg#888888
In this way, every user is happy with their icons, as they can use any icon in every color.
