Make Tautulli service widget more configurable

Edit: made some local tests for refreshInterval and noticed that tautulli responses within 5000ms of accuracy anyway. No real point of adding this in unless someone wanted a refresh interval of longer than the default 5000ms

• refreshInterval

  • optional default to 5000ms
  • functionality: current default is at 5000ms but I would personally like to update it every 1000-2000ms to keep up with the stream

• expandOneStreamToTwoRows

  • optional default to true
  • functionality: currently expands one stream to two rows (top row is media details and bottom is media progress bar), but I don't really like this behavior. Would like to optionally set this to false

• showEpisodeNumberIfSeries can maybe just be shortened to showEpisodeNumber

  • optional default to false
  • functionality: would check the media_type and if it is an episode type, would grab the episode number and display it right before the episode title and right after the show title
  • e.g. show_title: episode_number - episode_title
