[Feature Request] Remove Margin per Page for Continuous Mode and More

1. The black margin between pages is quite inconvenient when reading webtoon, since they mostly have non-stop continuous panels.

2. Option to change chapter from reader (Chapter List)

3. "Previous" Button
   I think it's hassle having to go back and open the title just to change chapters.

4. Make the "Next" and "Previous" middle-click-able.
   So we can middle click the button and open a new tab for new chapter.

1: The feature is already available. You can set the page_margin field to 0 in the config file. See #136
2 - 4: I agree these are great features to have. I will work on them when I have the time.
