nikola clean doesn't remove all it should #558

After building the demo site, nikola clean leaves some files around:

output/assets/js/all-nocdn.js
output/assets/js/all.js
output/assets/css/all.css
output/assets/css/all-nocdn.css

Also, some files in cache/ which probably should be wiped.
