No place for tests yet, I have been very short on time lately :-( The problem with putting the test there is that it will get installed when you do a "nikola init" so maybe a "nikola/tests" folder? |

I have made a change so that when the translation is incomplete instead of crashing it gives a warning and uses english as fallback. I'll merge the updated translation manually |

Updated the german translation.
Added a small testcase to make sure that no translation in de.py is missing.
For now this is just in the messages folder but I think this should be put somewhere else. Has https://github.com/ralsina/nikola/issues/45 brought up a default place for tests yet?
Background with this is that I used
import_wordpressand when I tried tobuildit crashed because of the missing translations.
