Cryptic error message on account registration if username/email taken

Hi,

I can't create an account on https://build.opendatakit.org/
I'm still getting the error Could not create an account with those credentials. Please try again when I set the strong password, an username and an my email address.

How to deal with that ?

i'm sorry the error message is a bit cryptic. almost certainly the username or email address you are trying to use has already been taken. please try some others and let me know if it still doesn't seem to work?
