When I am on the project overview, I see the forms table. If there are no forms in the table, I should see a message below the table: "There are no Forms to show." However, if I am a Data Collector on the project, and all forms are in draft state (they do not have a published form version), then I do not see the message: I only see the column headers of the table.

Thanks, @Sahil-Choudhary-17! I'm not sure when that changed, but I'm glad it's fixed. I also tried it out, both as a Data Collector and as a Project Viewer, and I likewise saw the message.
I'll go ahead and close this issue. If you're interested, you could write a test or two for the correct behavior. That would help prevent a future regression. Or you could switch focus to another "help wanted" issue. Thanks for taking a look at this issue!
