Changing project display settings doubles another project on the list of projects

Problem description

Changing project display settings (e.g. the color of the project icon) doubles another project on the list of projects.
After reopening the projects dialog the number of projects will be correct again.
The issue doesn't occur in the store version 2023.3.1

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Install Collect and add a demo project.
2. Add another project.
3. Go to settings- project display- project color and change the color of the icon.
4. Go to the main menu and tap the icon.
5. Check the number of projects (the demo project is doubled).
   

Expected behavior

Projects on the list of projects shouldn’t be doubled.
