When the first question in a form has autoplay media, launching the form should start the media playback

Problem description

When the first question in a form has automatic media playback, launching the form does not start media playback. It seems like it should.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Launch audio crash.zip, notice that automatic playback works great when swiping through the form but launching the form does not autoplay the first question's audio.

Expected behavior

Launching the form leads to the first question's media autoplaying.

Other information

This is presumably also an issue with video but needs to be verified.

Currently jumping to a question from the summary screen also fails to autoplay. I think it should also autoplay but I'm less sure.
