Some backtrace lines don't report a function, so when I was testing out this client I was getting an exception. Altered the regexp to make the third element optional, which also reflects what the code says.

Derpppp, I remembered to put all the other code in place, but forgot that one char. Thanks for the patch!

In issue getsentry#943 sub-point getsentry#2, it was identified that using RUBY_DESCRIPTION
returns the same thing as `ruby -v` does for all currently supported Ruby
versions. This change fixes that sub-point and provides a fallback to the
old method in the event as a safety precaution.
