Unfortunately symbolication of mobile crash reports requires you to collect the system symbols from apple yourself. We're on sentry.io doing this for our customers but for legal reasons we're not able to share these.

You can use the symsorter tool to sort the debug files you collect into a folder structure that can then be added as symbol server source: https://github.com/getsentry/symbolicator/tree/0.3.4/crates/symsorter
