Rename change environment name

Problem Statement

Right now we can ONLY hide environment: https://docs.sentry.io/product/sentry-basics/environments/#hidden-environments.

For example:
We use Sentry for while and old production environment become pre production environment. In that situation we want to change in app and in Sentry environment name to new one - for example pre_prd - and create new env in app and with first bug in Sentry with name of previous environment production.
Sometimes we can cleanup mess with changing naming convention.

Solution Brainstorm

Add ability to rename existing environments in tab: http://home.lab:9003/settings/sentry/projects/cpt/environments/

Or even we can add deleting environments.
Right now we have discussions on that topic on officiall forum and users for work around deleting project and creating new one. IMHO: ugly work around.
