Steps to Reproduce

Go to Client Keys > Details for a project
Open inspect
Go to Rate Limits and drag the slider next to event(s) in
View the inspect window and notice that two put requests were made
View in the audit log that two entries were made

Expected Result

One audit log entry made

Actual Result

Two audit log entries were made
