Why should this be included in the repository?

This is an essential tool for being able to spawn a shell in Jetbrains/IntelliJ flatpaks.

Are we allowed to redistribute it?

Who and how many users do you anticipate will use this software?

Updates OTPClient to v3.7.0, and fixes getsolus/issues/3328.

OTPClient 3.7.0 brings the following changes:

 - CHANGE: deleting a row, editing a row and showing the qr code is now done via right click on the target row (getsolus#359)
 - FIX: multiple fixes to QR handling (getsolus#364)
 - FIX: exporting to FreeOTP+ format (getsolus#367)
 - FIX: updated otpclient and otpclient-cli man pages (thanks @fvcr)
