There's no syntax because there is no support.
Suggestion: stream is as udp multicast/unicast and then use VLC to do the
HTTP.
vlc -vvv udp://@xxx.xxx.xxx.xx:xxxx --sout
'#standard{access=http,mux=ts,dst=ip:8080}'
