V11 Compatibility

This release makes IpDip compatible with V11.

New release to remove the "v" in the tag revision numbers. Suspect the "v" is causing the issue where Foundry continues to ask to change to a different installation URL.

THIS REQUIRES THE END USER TO UN-INSTALL AND REINSTALL THE MODULE.

DM stuff in hooks only for GM user.

Some eventListeners and socket emits was being evoked by all users in a Ready Hook. Those features are now limited to GM users. Only a GM user can reset the IpDip dialog.

DM browser refresh leaving client markers - fix

Fixed issue where markers could remain on the canvas of clients if the DM disconnects or refreshes their browser before submitting or cancelling the Ip Dip dialog.

Assets included in zip

Modified main.yml to add the assets folder to the zip file.
