If keypair is not provided in provider's configuration vagrant must generate a keypair and install it on nova before creating VM. Keypair will be destroyed when vm destroyed

standard vagrant parameter config.ssh.insert_key should be supported http://docs.vagrantup.com/v2/vagrantfile/ssh_settings.html
