easy creation of XML file from CSV/ODS tabular lists
just take one or more CSV files, or an ODS file with one or multiple tabs
create a xml model and put in it some refs to your CSV/ODS file (file/tab, column)
and populate your xml with csv/ods datas
accept: simple data, lists, maps, cdatas, dismiss void content, mandatory content, ...
