This release aims to fix:
- Biobank Accelerometer Analysis file format: support file paths containing numerical characters and/or whitespaces;
- Actiwatch (CamNtech) file format: fix issue #123 by upper casing the UUID.
- Batch reader: add missing types, ‘BBA’ and ‘MESA’.
