created manufacture tree from the root folder
copied all driver gerbers into respecive folders
regenerated gerbers for main board
plotted schematics to pdf file
generated interactive manufacture helping files

TODO in every folder:

add README file with information about version and status
add copyright file
add bom / pos files for JLCPCB ordering
add bom for THT components and those JLCPCB do not have (mouser, digikey, tme product numbers)
