GhostBSD will return with scheduled releases but with rolling packages software.

The version of GhostBSD will become static again, and it should fix #10.

The release schedule will be every three months. If there are system security issues or weird issues, we will make .2 and .3.

The version will be hardcoded in ghostbsd-src and version ports will be deprecated and removed.
