It appears that the Left Click and Right Click buttons don't properly perform on the Mac OSX port. I believe this is a known issue but am marking it down.

Works for me. If you have a three button mouse, everything works great.

Now if you're asking if it works on a mouse with only one button, that's a different story. We'll probably need to use modifiers, e.g. control + click = right mouse, etc. So your summary and specific bug report needs modification.

This is now fixed in all tools as of SVN r701.

Use the Option or Alt key to use the middle button.
Use the Control or Command (aka Control or Meta keys in Qt-speak) for the right button.

Works for all tools as of now.
