Support for 3.7

Is there any known issues with running this on 3.7?

Not that I am aware of. The only thing missing is the wheel file. Let’s see if Appveyor provides python 3.7 support in a reasonable time otherwise I will have to produce the wheel manually. Python 3.7 “stable” is not out yet btw so I don’t consider this high priority yet:

I think it is out, the release schedule said so and also it is the default download on the python website.
Didn't expect anything to break, just wanted to make sure.

Oh! Stable 3.7 was released today. OK, I just manually uploaded wheels for it. Closing.
