- include <err.h> in netbsd.c to declare warn() (true for all OS versions)
- in the same vein as bug NetBSD-6.x fixes for psutil #764, a few MNT flags are missing in NetBSD-5

The failure (on python 2.6) doesn't appear to have anything to do with these trivial patches. |

Please also update HISTORY file describing the exact fix introduced by this change. |

Something is up with the test system: editing the HISTORY file changes the failure from python 2.6 to python 3.3 - clearly unrelated... |
