Extended the "open with" help screen to inform the user to use the
JUST ONCEoption when sending a pdf or image to GVL.Added a guide for clearing the app defaults to prevent GVL from opening every pdf or image.
How to test
Run one of the example apps, go to Help -> Open documents from other apps and read the additions to section 3.
