QUIC 模式在 2.11.2 (go1.18 linux/amd64)无法使用，2.11.0正常。

Example: Client: ./gost -L tcp://:11111/remote_server:22222 -F=quic://inter_server:6443 inter_server: ./gost -L quic://:6443 When trying to reach port 11111 on Client, 2.11.0 works smoothly, but 2.11.2 does not. Same as redirect mode.

两边的版本一致吗？我这边都用v2.11.2测试是没问题的，v2.11.2的QUIC库有较大更新，无法保证兼容性。
