ミートアップの差し入れお菓子、みんな手が出しづらくて余ってしまう問題をどう解決するか。を真剣に考えるスレ

発表が始まると前に出づらい雰囲気があるので取りにいけないというのが一番大きい理由なんじゃないかなと思いました。２０人近くいると、席を立って移動するのもちょっと面倒ですし。それを前提にいくつか案を。

  • 紙皿を用意して、始まってしばらくしたら分散して配置しまう。
  • メインセッションの途中で、飲み物＆おやつ取るタイムを数分用意する。テーマによるけど、質疑応答の時間を兼ねるといいのかも。

紙皿を用意して、始まってしばらくしたら分散して配置しまう。

これが良さそうな気がします。

最初に紙皿に分けておいて、始まる前に分散配置してみましょうか。
