Create a db file to upload on a Open Acces repository

Hello,
I am writing an academic article, I would like to upload the database I have created for the article on a Open Acces repository, so readers will be able to download and see the database for free. Which files should I upload? and how can I upload a copy of the software?

The only option to distribute the database properly is through the export and import function of Symphytum (File->Backup...). This will produce a file that contains everything (data + files) which can be distributed. Your readers then can download Symphytum and import the file (.syb) via the same menu (File->Backup...).
