Add missing fields #21

This PR:

Adds field sii_sent to an invoice and checks it for the field TipoComunicacion
Adds field rectificative_type and checks it for the fields TipoRectificativa and ImporteRectificacion, and ImporteTotal sign
Adds fields sii_in_clave_regimen_especial and sii_out_clave_regimen_especial

These fields are now for both Facturas Recibidas and Emitidas
