Switch 2022 branch website to Next JS #24

Vercel is not building the 2022 branch because it is written in React JS. We need to convert it to Next JS to solve that error. Otherwise, there will be issues with deploying the branch.

Fixed this by changing the project settings to 'React' on vercel just to deploy it. Switched it back to 'Next JS' so other active branches can build.
Since, the 2022 branch will be likely inactive, this is sufficient for now. No need to switch it to Next JS again
