Reproduce steps

  1. $ make
  2. $ make preifx=new_prefix install
  3. $ ./new_prefix/bin/git-cola
  4. Help -> Documentation

Issue

*.rst documents are missing from new_prefix/share/doc/git-cola

I'm working on a fix now, expect another pull request.
