Correct description of .git-ftp-include with syncroot #351

Fix #348.

The documentation stated that the syncroot can be used with all paths in .git-ftp-ignore. That is not true. The syncroot is only applied to Git tracked source files on the right side of the colon.

@JoshuaCrewe Can you confirm that the updated description is not confusing and is correct?
