Merge branch 'jk/doc-cvs-update'

Documentation around tools to import from CVS was fairly outdated.

* jk/doc-cvs-update:
  docs/cvs-migration: mention cvsimport caveats
  docs/cvs-migration: update link to cvsps homepage
  docs/cvsimport: prefer cvs-fast-export to parsecvs
