Ticket Page fails to load and displays internal error.

Appears to be introduced with PR #1032 to fix #1031 to allow info and error messages on all repository pages to be displayed. Ordering of calls via inheritance hierarchy means basePage attempts to set the page title using the overridden getPageTitle method. However, this requires a reference to the ticket which is not yet available as the TicketPage has not yet been constructed.
