Currently, the generated text doesn’t take into consideration about the Open Positions at the Recruiter’s company

in this case, the open positions would technically be recruiting the person toward gitcoin bounties, not a job position, right?

I thought it should be the open positions of the Recruiter's company. Since @owocki and you've decided to keep it for internal purpose, feel free to edit the issue description with the updated requirements.
