not ready to be worked on yet

TODOS

deprecate old tips
ability to do multipayout in more than one token
ability to do multipayout AND crowdfund, together, in more than one token. need to update send_tips_for_bounty_fulfiller mgmt command
ability to bulk send tips all at once, instead of a bunch of seperate emails

destroy secret info for any tip that has been redeemed
destroy legacy flows
emails to remind users to receive
