@zoek1 can you fill out the browser info and other info that would help people figure out how to reproduce?

Both bounties are traditional so the flow is as created, people can apply to work until one get approved, that one is the only one can submit work and in the time someone is approved nobody else can "apply to work"

@octavioamu I see, what are the recommended way to submit work on this types of bounties if the work is done? As I understand I just need to wait the approved user clicks the stop work button and then submit the mine but that could be time consumed, right?
