Dear Cédric,

The current example in ?trajeR does not work as 'data/dataNORM01.RData' does not exist through my folders. Why don't you include your data files in the directory data instead of inst/extdata, so they would become accessible through the data function, and use them to make a reproducible "runnable" example?

Even you can include the data in your other repository trajeR_data and use the examples there in the help of trajeR here.
