Is it ok to remove the old "Create branch" dialog?

2013-01-30_21-01-46_Create Branch

and replace it with the one from context menu which has more recent features?

2013-01-30_21-03-14_Create branch

The then missing revision grid pick feature could be added via a commit picker button (as done for example in Archive revision dialog):

Agree, we should reduce number of different dialogs
