The Jenkins integration plugin does not request credentials from the user unless the server returns a 200 OK status. Some instances of Jenkins return a 403 Forbidden when setup with CAS (Single Sign On). If the server responds with a 403 status, the plugin will not ask for credentials and can not be setup correctly.
