GitExtensions doesn't respect core.commentChar setting in interactive rebase #3560

When doing an interactive rebase, GE does not respect the core.commentChar git setting and assumes the comment character is always "#". This results in unwanted lines being displayed in the patch list (in this case, "@" is the comment character):
