Introduce option to disable build result tab

Feature description

Build result tab may not be useful for some projects but it can't be disabled without disable build server integration at all.

When integration with the build server is enabled, the tab with the build result is periodically updated.
It wasting memory and processor resources.
Futhermore on old windows version (i.e. windows 7) each update IE tab play annoying sound.

I suggest introduce option to disable build result tab separately from other integration. This option only disable tab with build result in main and history windows. User still open build result in browser by press Right click/Open build report in the browser.
