Bug: Stickybar never hides after using Hovercards on Profile Page

Not entirely sure where to put this, so here it is! 😄

Setup:

• Go to any repo (like: https://github.com/leometzger/vue-vetur-gen)
• Refresh the page, or open the page in a brand new window

Reproduction Steps:

1. Hover over the repository owner in the top left

   

2. Click on the repository owner after the card appears

3. Activate a hovercard by hovering over an Achievement or Organization

   

4. Scroll slightly

Expected outcome:

• Stickybar will remain hidden, until after both the Underline Nav and subsequently the Names Container VCard reach the top of the viewport.

Actual outcome:

• Stickybar becomes visible immediately upon scrolling, and no longer disappears, regardless of scrollHeight

  

NOTE: Every reproduction must first start on the Repository Detail Page. Simply refreshing the Profile page will not reproduce the issue. You must go back to the RDP and refresh the page in order to reproduce it. This suggests something is getting in a bad state whenever the router switches pages and a card is already visible(?). Though, that could be a redherring.
