Support for Coccinelle's SmPL language

This pull request adds support for the SmPL language used by the Coccinelle tool to write semantic patches.

Description

I didn't find a grammar to highlight SmPL files.

Checklist:

• I am adding a new language.
  • The extension of the new language is used in hundreds of repositories on GitHub.com.
    • Search results for each extension:
      • extension:cocci NOT fhdifhdfdggd
  • I have included a real-world usage sample for all extensions added in this PR:
    • Sample source: torvalds/linux
    • Sample license: GPLv2
  • I have included a syntax highlighting grammar: https://github-lightshow.herokuapp.com/
  • I have updated the heuristics to distinguish my language from others using the same extension.

Pretty good! Note Coccinelle is also the name of a famous car in France (Volkswagen's Bettle)
